Hand-built glazed and unglazed stoneware (variable) 12x90x45cm
This piece consists of stoneware pebbles, driftwood and flat rocks reminiscent of a beach in Hong Kong, China. To this documentary mix, I have added some imagined round stones, also hand-built from stoneware and glazed in beautiful soft colours. The combination rendering of literal and fantasy finds on a beach causes us to wonder: which of these objects would you really find in Nature?
